Financial Modelling Built a series of seven financial models that presented revenue and operating expense results for a global nuclear services business.Using Excel, created a five-year planning model that centralized the business activities for seven retail bank business units ($750 million annual revenues) and nine Wealth Management business units ($2 Billion Annual Revenues). Strategic benefits of the model and process were incorporated into subsequent planning processes.Built forecasted revenue projections and evaluated the profitability and financial risk of a loss associated with a merger and acquisition. Developed tools for managing, analyzing and evaluating financial portfolios, returns on investment, financial risk and management of assets. Prepared product risk profiles using advanced product ‘rollover models’, treasury interest rate forecasts, and economic forecast data.Designed and implemented tools which significantly improved the management and analysis of cash flows, resulting in cash being allocated to new product and acquisition initiatives.Improved the accuracy of one year forecasts to within one percentage point of actual results by enhancing transfer pricing algorithms, product rate forecasts, and portfolio assumptions.
