• Handled the forecasting for all packaging and ingredients globally on a weekly basis to ensure supply was maintained in a lean manner. This included communicating to all internal and external stakeholders in a timely.
• Managed cost of goods savings by developing key projects for the annual budget at the start of 2020.
• Independently incorporated robust stock control procedures across seven manufacturing which led to increased supply chain efficiency and reduced raw material obsolescence within the supply chain.
