Responsible for leading the Global Supply Chain, Operational P&L ownership and full KPI Performance (which includes the Quality Program) for Sony Pictures content as well as significant 3rd Party Clients. 100 million finished goods delivered annually to Retail and Distribution partners, 25,000 store per week, 1000’s of SKU’s. As the sole Operations Executive, responsibilities also included leadership of both strategy and execution of all North American DVD, Blu-ray and UHD products supplied to key Retailers, including Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Redbox, Grocery and Drug. Led key Executive relationships with all Retailers and Vendors across the supply chain and implemented significant cost, time, and improved delivery performance. Responsible for developing high performance teams including Demand Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Retail Delivery, Merchandising, as well as Consumer Care and Operational IT systems. Led vendor contract negotiations worth $30 million annual savings in 2016 and 2017. Implemented Amazon “Same Day Ship” as well as CPG Retail Planning Tools which identified significant saving via incremental Sales and Supply Chain Cost Reduction.

Executive Leader responsible for worldwide Supply Chain Production for DVD and Blu-ray delivery of over 160 million finished goods in North America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Nordics. Responsibilities included building a worldwide supply chain team, P&L responsibility for $200 Million in cost annually, KPI development, Quality Management, global vendor management and contract negotiations.

Leadership of Compact Disc, DVD, and Blu-ray manufacturing and distribution operations in all NA sites, including achievement of full financial, quality and performance goals. Clients included music, movies and gaming for Sony Pictures, Sony PlayStation, Sony Music, Fox Home Entertainment, Warner Home Video, Lionsgate, Sony Music, Universal Music, and 150+ accounts. 4 NA Manufacturing sites and 2 NA Distribution Sites with 3,000 employees, producing 250 million finished goods units over 25,000 sku's. Responsible for 5 manufacturing sites in US, Mexico, and Canada including P&L, Quality, and performance goal achievements

Operational and P&L responsibility for a CD, DVD, and Blu-ray manufacturing facility servicing Warner Home Video, Warner Music Group, and 100+ additional customers. 3 million disc/day capacity with a workforce of 2000+ employees. Responsibilities included Engineering, Facility Maintenance, Forecast and Demand Planning, Customer Service, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Printing, Packaging, Warehousing (Receiving, Storage, Shipping), full site P&L and KPI responsibility, Quality Management, reporting directly to the CEO.
