Active with legislation on the Internet since 2005, I am Luxembourg’s correspondent for the European Council Working Party on “e-Law (e-Justice)” and the “spiritual father” of the European Legislation Identifier (ELI) which aim is to facilitate standardizing of legal metadata and fostering interoperability using semantic web technologies. I am also, chair of the “ELI Task Force” of the EU Council.Since 2015, I am in charge of the reform and renewal of the Official Journal and relations with Parliament within the Ministry of State of Luxembourg. I converted the Official Journal of Luxembourg into the striving new reference for legal publishing based on linked open data technologies. These applications, “Casemates project”, were purchased by Switzerland in 2019 and Italy in 2021 and creating the first “open source” project among different countries to share experiences, knowledge and development costs.I am a civil servant focused on delivering solutions with an entrepreneurial mind.
