In my role as the Business Sponsor, I oversaw three project teams (business model, system solution, and document/content management) from project inception through to implementation and transition to operations and regularly reported to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors on progress, risks, successes and next steps.In 2014 the project was successfully implemented, within approved timelines and budget, and the Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation continues to be one of ICBC’s largest successes to date.
