For leaders within private industry and government who face difficult decisions around complex issues that affect their staff, community and stakeholders Twyfords has developed a ground breaking pathway; The power of Co.The Power of Co is a way of working with diverse stakeholders to co-create enduring solutions to our most complex challenges, problems and dilemmas.Unlike traditional command-and-control decision-making or stakeholder engagement activities such as consultation, public meetings and advisory groups, our Power of Co pathway is the smart leaders' approach to addressing complex and controversial dilemmas to generate outstanding and implementable outcomes.We have recently supported the Queensland Government in a groundbreaking approach to long term planning, where stakeholder ownership was crucial. In co-creating the 30-year Queensland Plan with all Queenslanders, 78,000 submissions were received. Key influencers in all electorates became advocates for the approach of co-define and co-design because they had a hand in developing the process.
