Taking the reins on the revitalization of this beautiful 500-acre ski and outdoor recreation property in northern Wyoming… and saving affordable skiing and outdoor recreation in the process!

Responsible for all aspects of daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and long-term planning and operations at New Hampshire's most storied ski area and flagship State Park; We've essentially rebuilt the company from the inside out since 2007, and have dramatically improved our on and off-hill terrain and offerings, our park venue offerings and services, our management, our operational and financial performance, our infrastructure, and our brand management. We handle roughly 60% of the annual revenue and 40% of the annual expense of the entire NH Division of Parks & Recreation right here in Franconia Notch.

As a short-term, high-powered solution for the NH Division of Parks & Recreation... handled oversight for the recreation experience of 200,000 visitors or more each week at New Hampshire's eight State-owned parks and beaches along the seacoast while also running Franconia Notch State Park & Cannon Mountain Ski Area.

Responsible for all winter and summer front and back line mountain operations, and for tourist attractions activity (MTB Park, Adventure Center, Waterpark) at New Hampshire's premiere 4-season resort.

Responsible for six key front line winter mountain operations departments, and also summer attractions (MTB Park and Adventure Center) activity at Maine's premiere 4-season resort.

Began as Events Coordinator in 1991; took Events/Promotions/Merchandising Manager role in 1992; added Industry Relations and Partnership Marketing Manager role in 1995; moved to Mountain Operations as Lift Operations / Adventure Center Operations Manager in 1998; began accumulating added responsibilities / departments within Mountain Operations and assumed Director role within short order (see above).

Intern in the Marketing / Sales / Guest Services departments; summer trail crew member during Aurora Peak construction and MTB Park trail construction.
