It is all about planning the work methodically. My strategies include: being diversified, staying focused, and always having the ultimate goal in mind. I feel that one needs to concentrate on the task at hand, and never lose sight of their ultimate goal. Remember, your first instinct is usually right, and always having a backup-contingency plan is of best practices. In my history, I have seamlessly mastered safe traffic control, and all types of traffic shifts on the heaviest traveled roads in the Northeast United States. I have successfully completed multiple road construction projects, bridges, and countless miles of utility installation. In addition, this creative experience helps to manage and mentor the abilities of others. This includes but is not limited to: plan your people, prepare the approach, analyze the logistics, and check the functionality and utilization of equipment, small tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Always anticipate what to be aware of, what’s coming next, and how to complete the mission in the most time efficient way possible. My professional goal: to complete the assignment with skills of safety, organization, productivity, and daily reflection.Currently, With The Middlesex Corporation on The Walk Bridge project JV with Cianbro This is a mega project in Norwalk CT with many phases and packages .
