Working with a caseload of between 80 - 100 clients to assist them to overcome barriers associated with injury or some other form of debilitation, with the goal of eventually placing them into employment of further training. Designing and implementing interventions in conjunction with the

Designing and implementing interventions while working with a caseload of 55-65 clients assisting them with overcoming barriers to employment and participation in society. Barriers include mental health issues; mainly depression, anxiety, PTSD and suicide ideation; as well as domestic violence, homelessness, relationship problems, financial issues, drugs and alcohol. Subsequently under stream four, I was working with the same client group (90 - 120 clients) of the new (July 2009) Australian Job Services Program, servicing clients in the Subiaco, Spearwood and Rockingham areas.

My primary role in this position had been to support families who were affected by mental health issues. This was done through courses and seminars, assessment of need for counseling, and by in-home visits to assess, advice, counsel, educate and support. Working closely with and referring to external community support agencies where required.

In this role I carried out Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with children, primarily a chromosome fifteen abnormal 8 year old boy who presented as severely autistic.
