Missile Defense Planner • Authored strategic JFCC–Integrated Missile Defense campaign plan.• Cross walked JOPES experience with JELC to create exercise inputs to support PACOM and EUCOM Missile Defense execution in GLOBAL THUNDER and GLOBAL LIGHTNING• Used Army experience and Strategic Planning capability to support innovative Missile Defense tactics in multi-tiered exercise PACIFIC SENTRY ‘16• Led cross-staff weekly meetings with EUCOM and PACOM in evolving environment.

• Led a seven-person team training deploying Soldiers on cutting edge, rapidly evolving Counter –Improvised Explosive Device equipment, tactics, techniques, and procedures.• While adding new equipment capabilities developed through Rapid Acquisition Process to meet Urgent Needs Statements, increased training from 1100 to over 10000 Soldiers / year• Supported multiple units through the training life cycle to incorporate new C-IED equipment in exercises while building robust relationships with both internal and external partners.• Developed strategies and techniques to improve and increase training and exercises to face a new, lethal, and evolving tactical threat with strategic impact across the Army.
