Approached by Heineken to establish the draught beer division in Hong Kong & Macau including overseeing all Western Channel Sales buisness • Leading a team of six sales staff and managing >2000 accounts comprised of individual accounts, wholesale distributors, airlines and duty free retailers• Responsible for the implementation of Excellent Outlet Execution incentive structure; translating HHK strategy into simple and measurable activities per sales team to guarantee high quality of direction and interaction within the (sales) organisation.• Collaborating with the Trade Marketing Team to launch programs and brands including: Star Serve ;Heineken Club; Paulaner; Edelweiss; Tiger Draught; and Strongbow Apple & Honey products• Achieving consistent year-over-year volume and revenue growth with an average decrease of 8% per year on BTL spending• Developing and introducing a Sales Kit which includes group and individual presentation packs• Planning and supervising Heineken sponsored external events including Hong Kong Rugby 7s and North Sea Jazz Festival• Undertaking feasibility studies on the introduction of new brands into the Hong Kong market
