Open Minds Complaint1. Monica helps Governor Wolf raise A million dollars to help fund his campaign last election but fires employees every holiday to avoid giving them holiday bonuses. The management then takes the money for themselves2. Refuses to create an HR system and fires employees on the spot for only stressing their concerns3. The dictator of the company, Casey Miller, discriminates against promoting men, refuses to accept the fact that she isn’t always right, and will go with the wrong plan just because it’s hers.4. The company discriminates against African American rights, treating them as 2nd class.5. The company tracks there employees like lab rates and hires them to do one job, only to stick them in another they didn’t agree to.6. Fires employees and creates fake documents so the employee can’t receive unemployment.7. Treats the men like crap for being a couple of mins late but allows the women to leave an hour early every day.8. Using there CRM they collect data on every health care organization in the country only to sell the data that doesn’t belong to them for 50,000 dollar profit. Borderline illegal.9. The company needs to be investigated but the PA government refuses to go against any of there big money donators. God sees everything we do and in the end, the truth will always come to light10.
