• My team was key to delivering the Junior ISA product.• We wrote many Java micro-services using Kafka streaming technology.• I often spearheaded cross-domain projects and co-ordinated the Kafka roll-out across teams.I led the pot domain team for Nutmeg. The team was cross-functional, consisting of both back-end Java developers and front-end React developers. My team were critical to delivering the Junior ISA (JISA) product along with many other initiatives during my time there.

• I actively worked to ensure that Scrum principles were followed and acted as a Scrum Master on several large development projects. • I worked with three supervisors under me and had responsibility to ensure that all development support tickets were completed within SLAs. • I worked closely with the other ICT departments and was the first point of contact from ICT and the wider business on ICT Development matters.• I regularly attended meetings with 3rd party vendors to agree how we would work with them on development issues.• I provided leadership for the development team and helped give direction for the ICT department by liaising with other managers.VolkerWessels is major construction group in the UK. My role as ICT Development Manager and Scrum Master was both challenging and enjoyable. I managed a team of more than twenty people in both Software Development and Application Support roles. I had three supervisors who reported to me. My day-to-day role consisted of ensuring that sensible design decisions were taken from a technical perspective and liaising with the business whilst ensuring that the Scrum methodology that we followed to deliver projects is properly adhered to. In addition to this I liaised with people from all over the business to ensure that problems with projects were resolved in a professional and constructive way. I frequently had to assess 3rd party APIs in both on-premise and SAAS environments.
