 Credited with increasing organisational operations for more than 2,000 security personnel across six stand-alone work-sites through successful leadership, personnel management, customer service and outstanding execution of all back office deliverables. Oversaw monthly and quarterly forecasts of organisations financial performance against budget, addressed operational goals including short and long-term restructuring requirements to a fluid and evolving market. Improved the operational systems, processes and policies in support of business strategy.
