Sponsor of £500k of capital investment sub programmes for Maintenance and Pressure Management. Encouraging communication and innovation across these and other investment programmes.• Representing and presenting for NWG North at various user groups, forums and conferences including the Water UK Leakage Network, UKWIR, Water UK Water Efficiency Network, Pressure Management and Control Forum.

Working closely with the Supply Demand Manager, Network Control, Water Resource and Leakage Operations teams.Responsible for the leakage water balance calculations and production of Ofwat returns using Microsoft Excel. Working with our regulators and taking auditors through data trails and trend analysis narratives.Create and maintain detailed methodologies and align with QEMS, touch-typing with Microsoft Word.Regular reporting to the business on leakage, WTWs output figures and distribution input volumes.Responsible for reporting to the Environment Agency on impounding reservoir stock levels and all abstraction volumes.Developed and delivered a regular abstraction volume and license review process.Act as a mentor within the team, supporting team members in related functions and encourage communication with other departments within NWL north and south.Further developed understanding of network hydraulics with specific regards to pressure management.Project management and budgetary responsibility for the pressure management capital investment sub programme.Initiated data and network improvements along with an innovative pressure reduction pilot scheme.
