My duties included solving all technical issues related to credit innovation group. Understanding in-house programs, setting up computer stations, reading business-related books, creating how to guides on all aspects of technical management, assisting our team members on all technical issues. Making sure our internet and network switches were up and running, and assisting shift management when their shift ended. Building cat5E Ethernet cables, reformatting computers, and setting up all new hires and training them in to understand all of our technical programs hardware and software.

Bob Sebold, the maintenance manager of Zion River Resort took me under his wing and groomed me for management for the past year-and-a-half. My tasks include but not limited to maintaining the pool, water lines, drip lines, sprinkler system, power and sewer. I have taken a management training program and I am ready to step up into a management position.

My Father, Robin DuCrest started Special FX Lighting. My mother, Beth Lock CEO and President and brother, Wil DuCrest General Manager have transformed Special FX Lighting into FX Industries. I am currently on the board of directors as corporate secretary.
