As an independent third party company, Project Control secures the best design and construction team for the project, while managing risk, assuring quality and project specification, and always operating in the best interest of the Owner. In addition, all aspects of the construction process are managed from initial design phase through move-in. Management duties include site selection, programming, reporting, budgeting, team building, consultant selection, LEED certification, contracting, scheduling, project monitoring, value analysis, and close out.

Provided on-site management and field engineering on multiple medical and hotel projects (budgets ranging from $200K to $26M).
