Intuit powers prosperity for small businesses and their advisors with QuickBooks Online. the world's leading cloud-based Financial Management System. As Interim Country Manager during a critical time for the business, I was charged with formulating and implementing a new strategy to accelerate growth and make Intuit Australia's leading fintech brand.

I was responsible for leading Intuit's work with financial institutions in Europe. In this role, I worked with banks and other financial services providers to create value for our mutual business customers through Open Banking, PSD2 and value co-creation initiatives.

Bankstream pioneered direct data connectivity between banks and small business platforms in the UK. Bankstream enabled banks to create new value out of existing resources and enabled small businesses to make better decisions based on accurate, up-to-date data.Bankstream was acquired by Intuit in September 2016.

Building on the success of the BankLink business in Australasia, I led the expansion of the BankLink service into the UK, establishing data supply agreements with major banks, localising our product and service offerings and commercially launching our UK business. Following the sale of BankLink Australasia to MYOB in 2013, BankLink UK became Bankstream.

BankLink was a pioneer in direct bank data-feeds for small business accounting, automated accounting and the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model.I was responsible for establishing and growing the Australia operation of BankLink. My team and I took BankLink from being a low-profile NZ-based supplier dependant on resellers to being an independent, locally incorporated high-growth business in Australia.Key achievements included establishing a national team with an industry-leading reputation for service and professionalism, accelerating compounding growth to over 20% per annum, growing market share to over 33% and making BankLink a nationally recognised and highly valued brand.In 2013, BankLink Australasia was acquired for by MYOB / Bain Capital for $NZ136m.

As part of the executive team of the merged Solution 6 Accounting and Xlon businesses, I led the product management team. Key achievements were the rationalisation of two established product sets and client bases towards a common platform, and change management as two historically competitive teams were combined.

I was responsible for selling high-end financial systems to large corporate clients. My key achievement was securing sales through the successful development of relationships at senior levels in large corporations.
