I was responsible for leading Intuit's work with financial institutions in Europe. In this role, I worked with banks and other financial services providers to create value for our mutual business customers through Open Banking, PSD2 and value co-creation initiatives.

Bankstream enabled banks to create new value out of existing resources and enabled small businesses to make better decisions based on accurate, up-to-date data.Bankstream was acquired by Intuit in September 2016.

Building on the success of the BankLink business in Australasia, I led the expansion of the BankLink service into the UK, establishing data supply agreements with major banks, localising our product and service offerings and commercially launching our UK business. Following the sale of BankLink Australasia to MYOB in 2013, BankLink UK became Bankstream.

My team and I took BankLink from being a low-profile NZ-based supplier dependant on resellers to being an independent, locally.

Key achievements were the rationalisation of two established product sets and client bases towards a common platform, and change management as two historically competitive teams were combined.
