Responsible for all aspects of material managementDeveloped plans to reduce inventory shrinkage for all locations. Created metrics to measure needed stock inventory levels for each locations specific needs.Initiated protocols for tracking performance and identifying potential problems and worked with other departments to find solutions and establish corrective action. Plan, Supervise, Schedule, Execute Bi-Annual physical inventory Coordinate and submit timely and accurate inventory control data and analysis to controller Established MRP (material requirements planning) supply chain schedules and created methods to achieve cost effective and efficient movement of material to ensure optimal asset turnover. Responsible for developing, implementing and improving inventory control procedures.
