As a work director in the foreclosure document department I am responsible for nine employees who must create and execute legal documents. I must manage logistics to ensure our pipeline moves smoothly, while managing my employee's quality to ensure we meet the state standards of every legal document signed.

Analyze the market value of a property, and negotiate with a realtor to get the most out of an under performing property.

Analyze and review income documents of a costumer to determine if they can and will be able to fullfil their mortgage obligations. Make a decision that is best for the costumer and my employer financially.
