With over 30 years of healthcare management experience, John has encountered most of the challenges that are presented in the course of operating a medical practice. His expertise is in the financial and business aspects of practice management, and he has participated in the successful formation and operation of numerous joint ventures among physician groups and hospitals. Most recently he has worked with groups entering into hospital leased practice arrangements. He has managed practices that include multiple office sites and groups in excess of 30 physicians, with responsibility for clinical operations, human resources, information systems, revenue cycle, disbursements cycle and liaison with professional advisors.
