I am a very positive person that has a very wide range of skills. These skills range in many forms within the motorcoach industry, education, analytical studies, by use of excel and other programs, sales and management. Software and learning new software has never been an issue for me. I am extremely organized and detail oriented in everything I do. I have won many awards for my quality of work, within my education and work careers. These range from getting the highest honor as a Tennessee Wesleyan Graduate, and well as many local, district and national awards as a Marketing Director and in sales. I pride myself in being a problem solver, using data, and down to earth solutions based on both employee and management input and suggestions. I have a positive attitude in my day-to-day work ethic and this has always been a huge advantage when it comes to relationships within the company enrichment and creating team work accomplishments. The success of the job itself drives me more than a weekly paycheck or personal recognition. I love my job, when I am able to work hard, reach goals and function in a team environment, even though I am more than capable of working alone with an independent drive and motivation. I want to look forward to each day at whatever position I hold. My working philosophy is that if a person is going to spend several hours a day working, they should enjoy it, have positive relationships with those they work with and have daily accomplishments by reaching both short term and long term goals.
