I have over 15 years experience assisting taxpayers with numerous domestic and foreign information reporting and withholding issues as well as assisting taxpayers with resolving their issues with the Internal Revenue Service. I am responsible for assisting clients with all manner of domestic and foreign information reporting and withholding issues, including the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act ("FATCA") and the Common Reporting Standards ("CRS").In particular, I have assisted taxpayers in reviewing current policy and procedure manuals associated with information reporting and withholding to assess gaps, have led various remediation projects and have drafted policy and procedure manuals for taxpayers so that they will be compliant with the domestic and foreign information reporting rules. I have also led multi-functional teams on projects to assist taxpayers in determining the impact that FATCA, CRS and other information reporting and withholding regimes will have on the taxpayer's operations, assisted taxpayers in implementing new policies and procedures associated with FATCA/CRS and have also served as a tax subject matter specialist on various FATCA/CRS projects.In addition, I have assisted clients with their annual reporting requirements associated with Chapter 3, FATCA, CRS and Chapter 61 of the Internal Revenue Code.
