We start by asking our client's one simple question: 'What would happen if you died or became Incapacitated today'?We do not pull punches with our clients - we educate them on the rules set in place by the establishment and once informed if they would like to take control of their own affairs?We aim to fill the gap in the lack of education which has previously been provided to the majority of client's from the Legal Profession and Government- we explain the 'Ownership' question and explain how that would affect the individual and their loved ones if they died or became incapacitated.We produce a Report which looks at the current situation and gives guidance on how to rectify the situation over the short and long term.We then put into place any arrangements requested by the client and implement a review process to provide assistance as and when required in the future.

Our days with New Leaf Will Writers Federation gave us a good foundation in establishing a client focused support service for uninformed and in some cases misinformed clients. It provided a good grounding and supported our existing Financial Services business clients with their estate planning needs.

10 years service with a reputable 'Mutual' society - learnt my trade as an agent, a sales adviser and then a manager - Happy Days! I remember walking the streets in the rain, knocking on doors and collecting premiums on a weekly basis - met a diverse band of clients - experienced dealing with bereaved families face to face to sort out death claims - non of this faceless process most customers face today. We cannot live in the past - but skills were learned that are not easily attained today.
