Responsible for supply sourcing, ordering, and account management from various local and national vendors. Assist with financial duties such as account billing and expense tracking. Maintain database of applicant and student data. Create and maintain organizational systems for the many rosters of student-based forms necessary to run a school. Interface with customers (families) to provide comfortable and effective relations.

• Coordinate labor and service for 6 food service concepts and 20+ employees• Handle cash collection and deposits with full responsibility• Have complete knowledge of every responsibility at the restaurant• Maintain ability to perform all duties at all times in order to support staff• Handle customer complaints and employee relations for smooth operation• Cook, serve, supervise, and coordinate• Coordinate ordering and complete inventory for 6 food service concepts• Interface with grocery, produce, and meat markets to optimize quality and variety• Support kitchen staff in production of five thousand dollars in daily meal sales
