Negotiated and established alliances with several publishing partners including Getenergy, UK, the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers, and Petroleum Industry Press in Beijing, China. Managed a staff of one Editorial Project Manager responsible for more than 50 pipeline projects at a time. Particular focus on strengthening and effectively managing editor and author relationships whether it's a team of dozens of volume editors and contributors or a single-author monograph. Named Elsevier's Editor-of-the-Year for 2013.

Acquired new and revised content for the Electrical, Eletronic, and CAD portfolios. Managed alliance with the The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), whose objectives are the educational and technical advancement of electrical and electronic engineering, telecommunications, computer engineering and allied disciplines.

Managed a staff of 21 acquisitions editors, editorial assistants and product managers across a broad range of disciplines including Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Education, Cosmetology, Paralegal Studies, Earth Science, and Drivers Education in multi-million dollar Career Education division. Worked closely with the Vice President of Publishing to develop budget and strategy for all disciplines.

Managed book acquisitions, marketing, publicity, domestic/international sales (including trade), and fulfillment with supervisory responsibilities for a staff of six. Developed the annual strategy and budget for the Book Publishing Department and supervised the design and planning of exhibits for several conferences annually.
