Result saw a significant reduction in client onboarding time and reduced admin by automating transactions with our CRM.- Developed and manage the Hedge Book for the company, to reduce precious metals exposure and FX risks, via CFD short and long exposure. This allowed the business to move to a 24/7 live e-commerce store with improved volumes and margins. - Produce market updates for the Guardian Gold client base covering economic and financial market commentary. - Designed and introduced the new 'Silver Guardian' bullion cast bar range.- Build and maintain relationships key trading partners and suppliers.
