As Assistant Manager, I had a variety of duties including scheduling, ordering, evaluating employee performance, hiring, and bettering both team members’ and customers’ days. Here are a few of the things I accomplished while in the position:• Created a new system for tips that allowed for more equal distribution of money earned by the team as a whole.• Updated our existing performance evaluation system and schedule.• Implemented a new cleaning log designed to track cleaning duties more effectively.

Single handedly designed and implemented the site from the ground up using HTML and CSS. Developed a good relationship with the client, and came up with an original website design that matched the restaurant’s existing characteristics and ambiance. I continued to perform any maintenance the client required after the initial website was completed.
