Industrial Segment manager for White and Brown Goods-Responsible for coordination and execution of all corporate activities within 12 state central U. S. region. Also included Sanken Electric power components and power converters;-Make sales orientated presentations to current and prospective customers;-Plan and / or conduct training functions for Manufacturer's Representatives and distributors within established region and with custom manufacturers;-Conduct reviews of activities by respective Manufacturer's Representatives and distributors, define and oversee changes in action plans where appropriate;-Interface with present and potential customers for development of standard and custom power converter and power management devices and subsystems.

-Assist current and potential direct customers in product selection and design- in of present product selections. Assist present and potential customers in new business development process;-Define and propose new products to further Allegro's position in semiconductor marketplace within the families of Hall Sensor devices or motor and power control integrated circuits;-Determine "whole-system" silicon solution for next generation targeted customer systems. Lead re-engineering process to maximize Allegro products content;-Training and liaison to regional distributor and Manufacturer's Representation companies to facilitate understanding of value and technologies of Allegroproducts. Assist those companies with target customer design-in processes;- Assist in cross-referencing for custom manufacturing Bills-of-Material.

-Define new markets for devices of TI family of chipsets supporting wireless communications systems in the worldwide marketplace. Chipsets include custom, semi-custom and off-the-shelf devices. Device capabilities include base-band and audio controllers, and power management functions.-Responsible for marketing, applications support and training in the Asia-Pacific region for voice interface and power management integrated circuits. Provide training and training products and material for applications support staff throughout the world in broad range of telecom products.-Negotiate with consultants and vendors to supply components or services necessary for creation of boards or systems to demonstrate devices to interested present and potential customers.-Assist in preparation of data sheets and applications guides defining the telecommunication devices and device sets for both audio and base-band controllers and power management devices and sub-systems.
