As an extension agent at Texas A&M AgriLife, I develop and deliver educational programs that address the needs and interests of the county's agricultural community. I work with action committees, universities, and local residents to conduct research and disseminate information on topics such as integrated pest management, pesticide safety, and plant health.I have a master's degree in entomology from Virginia Tech, where I gained skills in experimental design, field research, data analysis, and statistical data management and visualization. I have also worked as a landscape technician and a pest control technician, applying my knowledge of entomology and agriculture to enhance the quality and appearance of commercial and residential properties. I am passionate about science and innovation, and I enjoy reading, playing golf, cooking, and gardening in my spare time.
