Serve as Managing Counsel for Chubb's Global Casualty division which writes property and casualty programs for U.S. multi-nationals with domestic and foreign exposures. Prior to this position, served as Managing/General Counsel for ESIS, Inc., a risk management services company which is part of the Chubb Group of Companies. Also served as Chief Privacy Officer for ACE Group and the Privacy Officer for ACE's North American region. Prior to the Managing Counsel position for ESIS, served as Assistant General Counsel for ACE’s Accident and Health Division. Prior positions before joining ACE/Chubb included Counsel to Intracorp for CIGNA, Associate at White and Williams and Law Clerk for Justice Andrew Moore of the Delaware Supreme Court. I earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villanova University (1987), a juris doctor degree from Widener University School of Law (1991) and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University (2000) where I earned the Graduate Business Award for being the highest ranked student in the graduating class. I also developed and taught courses, primarily in Business Law, as an Adjunct Professor of Management at Saint Joseph’s University’s Erivan K. Haub School of Business for over 22 years where I received the Teaching Excellence Award in 2005 and 2014.
