•In charge of all projects planning, work breakdown structures, cost, resource allocation, risks and critical path analysis with stakeholders.•Manage all phases of the project and maintain full responsibility for products transfer and new product introduction (NPI).•Identify and lead the team for continuous improvement projects to further improve process, quality and reduce scrap.•Apply Lean and Six Sigma, Manufacturing Excellence concepts on process and product to achieve cost saving and yield improvement.•Evaluate and review the production schedule and performance to ensure high productivity, maximize utilization of capacity, operating efficiency and cost effectiveness. •Manage and lead world class manufacturing strategy and quality review.•Establish, maintain and review product quality management plan, FMEA, control plan, process flow and quality tools.•Perform optimization for manufacturing resources, method, processes. •Training team with MPS (Manufacturing Process Standard), work with HR and external training consultant to arrange training for engineers and staff as part of talent development. •Perform regular in-process and product audit on the manufacturing line to ensure process compliance and EHS compliance. •Responsible for the handling of outstanding production issues (NPI and MR), customer feedback and complaints.•Manage all the customer feedback issues. Provide updates to customer through conference call, hold internal meeting within cross functional team to ensure effective communication regarding issue, feedback and performance.•Actively involved in troubleshooting and problem solving engineering issues; providing technical support in order to reduce process downtime and production wastage. •Advise on process and product design change through DFM (Design for Manufacturing).•Work with related department, customer to address product related issues for improvement and enhancement.
