Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) is a nonprofit real estate development and finance organization that's revitalizing Cincinnati's downtown urban core in partnership with the City of Cincinnati and the local corporate community. I oversaw 3CDC programming and operations at Fountain Square and Washington Park, two of the city's premier public spaces.

As Editor and Co-Publisher, I oversaw planning, edited and contributed content to the weekly CityBeat publication, which eventually involved creating/editing nearly daily online content. I extended and integrated our brand into other areas of consumers’ lives, namely lifestyle events, by overseeing the MidPoint Music Festival and creating a CityBeat Events division.I concurrently served as President of Lightborne Publishing Inc., which owned and operated CityBeat, Best of Cincinnati, Annual Manual and A-Line Magazine print publications and related web sites. In February 2012, the company's assets were sold to Nashville-based SouthComm.
