Accountable for the delivery of a variety of early phase oncology clinical trial programmes including;- Phase I studies and a Phase II study in Acute Myeloid Leukaemia for the aurora kinase inhibitor AZD1152. - Phase I studies for the cell-cycle inhibitor AZD5438 in cancer patients.

Accountable for the delivery of Phase I oncology clinical trial programmes conducted in healthy volunteers for the endothelin antagonist zibotentan and the farnesyl transferase inhibitor AZD3409.

Provided people and performance management for approximately 30 clinical research professionals during the period of the merger of Astra and Zeneca.
