• Manage a remote team of 7 technologists. • Coach, mentor and direct staff in operational activities to ensure compliance with departmental goals, objectives, and budgets.• Assist in the training of entry and intermediate level IT Infrastructure staff. • Responsible for operation of legacy data centers in Texas and Ohio and IT infrastructure operations in warehouses across the US.• Coordinate with peer managers for services across various IT disciplines.• Manage IT infrastructure component of various IT and business driven projects.• Manage support escalations for desktops, networking, collaboration services and mobility.• Coordinate IT infrastructure activities with business stakeholders and executives.• Assign work, prioritizes tasks and oversee priorities and progress against project initiatives.• Ensure compliance with Change Control procedures and policies for project and support activities.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Manage network operations, Windows, Linux, VMware and Hyper-V servers, Active Directory and Group Policy, VPN access, digital and IP phone systems.• Provide network design and management of infrastructure installation for all new locations.• Develop and manage system deployment process.• Coordinate overall data backup process.• Second tier desktop support, including Executive white-glove support. • Manage all data center projects including iSCSI to Fiber Channel SAN migration, implementing and migrating a load balancing environment, and multiple server upgrades.• Manage Microsoft Enterprise and Select Agreements including overall licensing compliance.• Plan, build and test disaster recovery plan for a small co-located data center.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

• Oversight of IS employee.• Responsible for platform specification & rollout.• Management of network & telecom systems at multiple facilities.• Navision ERP System management & customization.• Responsible for all desktop and server support.
