Piloted the first "lead generation specialist" program that resulted in becoming the company first "in house" loan officer. I handled almost every step of the operations of a mortgage company my time here. I learned processing duties which led to becoming a self processing loan officer in the long run. I was extremely successful with this company. The focus was retention more than generating new business. I was in the 5% bracket of loans closed for 3 years in a row. This is compared to 40 loan officer many of which were senior and veteran loan officers. I eventually departed the company after 4 years due to poor management.
