Duties: Manage a team of 7 staff to ensure efficient and timely distribution of all documentation received to the relevant business units. Achieving this through effective recruitment, ongoing training and support of staff, analysis of procedures and systems, and liaising with other business units. Performance of the business unit was determined by daily and monthly reporting measures. Participating in projects when identified ie development and implementing quality assurance measures for the team.

Duties: Managing a team of 18 staff to ensure timely, accurate and efficient resolutions to any Adviser and Client inquiries relating to Zurich Australia's Superannuation and Life Insurance products, received by telephone and email, through effective recruitment, rostering, training of existing and new staff and ongoing active support of staff development. Participation in projects within the wider business unit when identified, ie assisting with implementation of call recording across the business unit.
