Supported Orthodontic and Dentist offices' with helping in the use of our software. Also responsible for troubleshooting problems and new installations via phone, e-mail and/or remote desktop. Transferred data back and forth as well using remote desktop. Most customers were in the U.S. and Canada but we did support our programs world wide. Recorded all calls and customer support history along with providing pricing and instruction on new software purchases.
