Developed my craft with De Vere Hotels in the 90's and 00's. Predominantly in F&B starting the groups Rosette Fine Dining Collection to 2 AA level. Working several sites finishing as interim manager and Operations manager of Daresbury Park. Further development in Front House Management followed in both private and group hotels such as THF, McDonald, Metropole as well as marketing consortiums such as Best Western. Leading to setting up JMG Hospitality Management offering myself for consultancy, relief management and Catering.
