I spent several years in management at a number of international toy manufacturers. I was Headhunted to join Allders International as Managing Director of Ocean Trading, their Sales and Distribution arm. Within three years I created the most successful and profitable division of the company with subsidiaries/ partnerships in Scandinavia, Europe and the US. I also created a sourcing company based in Hong Kong to maximize profitability. Frequent travel led to many years in the aviation sector specializing in revenue generation from food and beverage supply and logistics, duty free and other revenue sources. Customers include Virgin, Singapore Airlines. Garuda Indonesia, Air Canada, American Airlines and many others. I was also Deputy Chairman of several Joint Venture companies in Asia, the Middle East, and Northern Europe. I also pioneered the successful launch of several in flight retail solutions utilizing bespoke hand held computer technologies and product tracking techniques which aided profitability by reducing losses and shrinkage. In 2018 I was voted by the entire industry as “Duty Free Man of the Year” at the Hong Kong Duty Free exhibition. I have also written several guides about maximizing revenue from non-ticket revenue centers, including selling product, food, and even seat-upgrades. I retired from my role of Deputy Chairman at the end of 2018. I am now eager to undertake evaluations of similar business opportunities or international Consultancy. I am a capable, drive achiever and can provide excellent references. I also am able to travel easily as I hold dual nationality with British and American citizenships.
