During my employment at Saginaw Control, I have had an opportunity to learn and grow from the ground up. I have worked directly with Production, Human Resources, Project Management, Purchasing, Engineering, Plant Operations, and Design. My involvement in these operations has given me opportunities to help shape and develop company policies, employee development initiatives, peer development, and improve the overall efficiency of the manufacturing processes . Employee growth is instrumental to both personnel success and the continued growth of the company. Knowing the manufacturing employees are our number one resource, I have focused on developing employees into successful contributors to the company’s long term objectives. I believe that being the right leader for the right situation is critical to staying on track and developing with everyone's best interest in mind, this means placing all interests above your own. The best road to success for any company and the employees is through the successful initiatives aimed at developing people.
