Current• Established operating procedures for the new logistic and warehouse departments for the Chicago Cubs and multiple other Chicago Cubs entities, including policy for efficient and productive progression throughout the club’s growing responsibilities.• Minimized OSHA incidents creating a safe working environment, developing and delivering training and development programs to build/enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.• Managed the hiring and onboarding process for all new part-time hires in the Logistic and Event Department, along with regular training and coaching to establish a culture of positive employee relations.• Set up the Chicago Cubs Safety Act application and implemented/maintained the Safety Act to the Wrigley Field Campus, as a part of a cross-functional committee.• Led the successful execution of Vehicle Management Program and Electronic Recycling Program.• Facilitated the Wrigley 1060 Project, Campus Green program, the opening of Gallagher Way and the Zachary Hotel, and many Chicago Cubs charity outreach programs.• Coordinated with two separate committees during the Covid-19 pandemic to open the Chicago Cubs front office building and Wrigley Field for events and operate the 2020 temporary Lakeview Pantry Food Drive.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams in running multiple events such as sold-out concerts of Blake Shelton, Billy Joel, AC/DC, The Foo Fighters, Dead and Company, and Lady Gaga as well as non-sporting/entertainment events including US Naturalization Ceremony, Wrigley Field Rededication Ceremony, and different private events across the Chicagoland area.• Organized regular training, coaching and mentorship for 50+ part-time staff and other employees within the Facility Department, developing expectations and informing team members through building robust communication channels.
