This improvement has vastly enhanced the ability to diagnose and address customer problems, resulting in a greatly improved level of customer satisfaction.The focus of SMB has been to update the server stack to more recent versions of the protocol, which support some new features. I worked with other talented engineers, senior management, project management, product management, post-release engineering and global services to identify, scope out, schedule, work on and deliver NFS, SMB and related functionality that makes Isilon products well-accepted by our customers.As a senior member of Isilon's technical staff, Iwas involved in company direction, efforts and contribution not only across the larger protocols organization but other teams across all of engineering as well.
