Developed the vision and strategy for a new Software as a Service (SaaS) product line for server management and developed growth strategies and marketing plans to optimize product trial and maximize revenue. Identified market trends, elicited customer requirements, and drove full cycle product development from research through design, prototyping, and testing. Deployed Agile processes for backlog management, cloud service roadmap development, and customer data security. Led a cloud compute console project with cloud hosted service running on AWS, leading development from concept through customer research, roadmap development, and marketing strategy.
