Over my 6+ years with the bank, we grew the FX business to a number 2 ranking in market share in Canada, and ranked in the top 3 in service quality. I was eventually given responsibility for all Macro Products in Canada.In addition I sat on the Operating Committee for Barclays Canada, and was a member of the Canadian Foreign Exchange Committee, chaired by the Bank of Canada
