Purchase material according to warehouse inventory requirements and production forecast driven by job schedule. Review equipment drawings and customer requirements to ensure the corrects parts are ordered on time. Request material quotes from vendors and review bids to find low cost solutions. Resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies. Source new vendors to find better service and lower cost.

Procurement Coordinator. Maintain inventory for all rigs in operation and evaluate critical spares to be kept on the oil rig site and in the central warehouse. Communicate with rig managers and mechanic/electricians to determine what parts and equipment are required for efficient and safe drilling operations. Manage shipping and receiving at central warehouse and employees. Develop processes for rig workers to maintain inventory.
