Mr. Good, is Chief Financial Officer and Principal of Good Capital Group, a Real Estate Private Equity company based in Central Florida. In addition to overseeing the company’s financial systems, Mr. Good is active in all aspects of the company’s business including interfacing with capital partners, tenants, and managers. Prior to joining Good Capital, Mr. Good built a career working in commercial real estate financing at Independent Financial (IBTX) as well as in the New York office of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a worldwide fortune 500 company. Mr. Good's team focused primarily on construction lending with average annual disbursements of over $100MM. In September of 2022, Mr. Good was appointed by Governor DeSantis to serve on the Board of Trustees for Seminole State College. Mr. Good also serves as the President and co-founder of the Central Florida chapter of Quail Forever, a habitat organization dedicated to the conservation and improvement of natural uplands in Central Florida. Mr. Good has a bachelor’s degree in Economics with Minors in Philosophy and History from the University of Georgia. Mr. Good is an avid outdoorsman passionate about hunting, spear fishing, and boating Florida’s beautiful waters.
