• As STARS Program Consultant I:
• Developed a deep understanding of the Medicare STARS program and assisted with strategic planning and implementation
• Designed and established employee quality engagement campaign including educational initiatives, member testimonials, new employee training, all associates meetings.
• Launched the Senior Connections Program, a technology literacy outreach program that pairs our Medicare Advantage members with local high school student volunteers.
• Interacted with BlueCross’ Medicare Advantage members on a regular basis, documented their experiences with our plan, and looked for ways to improve how BlueCross serves them.
• Consulted on provider communication and outreach strategies, including special projects for the Provider Outreach Team and assistance with provider communication pieces.
