Performed as Curriculum Integrated Product Lead and supervised a team of 7 civilian contractors in updating software and hardware requirements for the NTCSS II Manager course of instruction, A-531-0021. Development is introducing state-of-the-art virtualization technologies supporting current fleetwide requirements while ensuring optimal learning outcomes.- As Curriculum Integrated Product Lead, supervised the development and achieved NAVIFOR N72 approval of the first system administrator JDTA prototype aligned to the current optimized Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services, Network Security Vulnerability Technician and Information System Security Manager System Administrator overarching baseline JDTA portfolio.- Managed development and achieved approval for NTCSS Installation Design Plans (IDPs) and Training Installation and Transfer Agreements (TITAs) for Information Warfare Training Center Virginia Beach, Groton CT and San Diego CA.- Actively supported the Government review process for N-MRO training products that will utilize Self-Directed Interactive Training products, a future Ready Relevant Learning content delivery mode that encompasses a more complex type of content that supports refresher training, skill expansion, new system or procedure familiarization or part-task training. The end state will support 44 total user roles, 13 roles for N-MRO Aviation, 14 primary roles for N-MRO Maritime and 13 user roles for NOSS.- Led efforts to plan for PEO MLB Integration into the CANES Training Virtual Environment (TVE) under their current follow on contract. Conducted multiple IPT discussions with PMW 160 to detail PEO MLB’s unique requirements for inclusion in the work scope of the follow-on CANES TVE contract vehicle. Provided PMW 160 PEO MLB Schoolhouse Virtual Environment and Hosting Cost estimate per course. TVE integration model was provided to PMW 160 as a baseline for future TVE incorporation going forward.

- Achieved OPNAV N2N6 approval of Portable Radios Program Front End Analysis (N2N6-NTSP-E-70-0204) 6/29/2020.- In conjunction with NIWC LANT Code 63300, Marine Corps communication systems, coordinated and managed a successful Mobile Training Team event at Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1, Port Hueneme with 15 Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) personnel in attendance from 02-06 Mar 2020. Training event leveraged an existing USMC AN/PRC-117G Multi-Purpose Reconfigurable Training System (MRTS 3D) simulator supporting the advanced Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) waveform capability providing resources for satellite constellations, IP and Legacy broadcast data and various entities given a specific mission scenario.- Spearheaded coordination between CSCS N4 Facilities and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Requirements Branch, collaborating efforts to conducting and Engineering Design Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) study for the prospective GPNTS training equipment classroom at CSCS Dam Neck VA as part of a Phase II Training System Installation Plan.- Initiated efforts to develop the N2N6-NTSP-E-70-0810 GPNTS Major Update requirement based on Program annual review recommendations
