Member of Risk monitoring team which conducts continuous monitoring of the largest U.S banks. Responsible for Liquidity and Market Risk monitoring at the firms’. Act as Title I (Living will) representative on the review team responsible for opining on the adequacy of firms’ Title 1 plans.Member of Federal examination teams reviewing stress testing results from CCAR and CLAR exercises at some of the largest US banking institutions. Head of Product control for the U.S. Product control responsibilities included coverage of the firms’ Fixed income, Equity and Investment banking divisions.Fixed Income division products covered included RMBS, CMBS,CDO’s, Equity (First Loss) Tranches, IO and PO strips, Interest rate swaps, Credit derivatives, ABS, Treasury bonds and Repo. Equity division products supported included Equities, Equity options, OTC options, Equity swaps, Structured Equity Notes, Convertible bonds, Index futures, Interest rate futures, Currency forwards and Exchange traded funds. Supervised a staff of 38 product controllers.Member of the firms’ operational risk management committee. This committee is responsible for capturing, assessing and enforcing remediation of any operational risk loss events.Spearheaded initiative to implement PL decomposition reporting within the firm. This initiative helped align risk management, balance sheet and revenues.Member of the firms Valuation and New Business committees.
